About SMA
SMA is a manufacturer of PV plants inverters for 40 years, with more than 3500 employers in 20 countries, headquartered in Kassel (Germany). SMA is at the forefront in the field of PV inverters and gave a big contribution to the widespread of renewable energies. Sunny Tripower Storage X
The new C&I system Sunny Tripower Storage X is a AC storage system, based on two model of converters, 30 and 50 kW, that are paired with storage systems with pre-defined capacity. The system is set up for backup and works with or without PV and can be expanded thanks to the modular components.
The commissioning is fast with the integrated System Manager that allows to add further SMA components, such as the PV inverter, the EV charger or other sensors. Companies can plan and reduce their energy costs thanks to many functions such as self-consumption optimization, peak shaving or a combination with Multi-use.
SMA EV CHARGER for your electric vehicle
Charging system for EV charging that exploits the solar energy produced by your PV plant. SMA EV Charger is compatible with all electric vehicles using a permanently attached type 2 charging cable. The solution can be integrated with new or existing plants and can be easily managed by the SMA Energy App, which can activate the “boost” function for faster recharging of the EV, by the combination of solar and grid energy. The produced solar energy can also be used during low irradiation periods, thanks to the start of the single-phase charging process at 1.3 kW and the automatic switch to three-phase charging for larger solar capacities. A monitoring system that allows both the users and the installers to consult the key data of the PV plant at any time. Thanks to this tool, it is possible to analyze in detail the detected values, visualize and compare the energy yields or locate all the anomalies identified by the system. Moreover, the client gets automatic reports via e-mail, where all the information on the plant activity is collected.

Data Manager
Solution for monitoring and control of large-scale decentralized PV plants up to 2,5 MVA with max. 50 devices, integrated on the software platform ennexOS, that allow meeting the new needs of the energy market. It is an intuitive system able to analyze and create detailed reports of the monitored plant, identifying and solving online the detected errors. Data Manager’s functions are extendable according to different needs and allow the combination of different storage systems, generators, and EV charging to have a complete integration.

Energy Meter
Single- and three-phase bidirectional electricity meter, for a maximum current of 63 A, that calculates and transmits through an Ethernet cable, the values detected by the inverter. SMA Energy Meter allows monitoring efficiently the energy produced, managing the battery loads and limiting the active power in the grid input point, always keeping into consideration the self-consumption level and communicating with SMA Sunny Portal.

Sunny Home Manager 2.0
System that monitors the domestic energy flows, by automatically recognizing the potential savings. The connection with all the main home appliances, allows Sunny Home Manager 2.0 to optimize the energy consumption and decide to activate some of them only when there is a lot of sun energy available, thus optimizing the use of clean energy. Thanks to the support of online weather forecasts, it can also foresee the future level of sun irradiation, hence self-learning which home appliances to activate and when.
Planning system Sunny Design
Software that allows to plan in a detailed way any kind of PV plant, both grid-connected or with no storage system, off-grid or hybrid systems that may also require an EV charging device. Thanks to SMA Sunny Design it is possible to analize the plant in a detailed and efficient way because it considers all the features of each component, and it is also possible to adapt the plant to the specific needs of the client.
