BayWa r.e., a global renewable energy developer, wholesaler and energy solutions provider, will join this year’s All-Energy event following a period of significant growth in the Australian market. The company will be showcasing its wide-ranging service and product portfolio at booth 3228.

Since entering the market in 2016, BayWa r.e. has established offices in Melbourne and Perth and distribution warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. The company is active in wind and solar project development, as well as the solar wholesale market. “Thanks to our global expertise and financial standing, we’ve made great progress since entering the Australian market. BayWa r.e. recently sold its first solar plant, in Hughenden, Queensland, to infrastructure investment specialist Lighthouse. Construction of the 20 MWp plant is funded by a 13-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and is excepted to be fully operational by the end of the year. BayWa r.e. is currently investing in three other large solar projects in Northern Victoria and Queensland with a combined output of almost 300 MW

As well as finding out more about BayWa r.e.’s project development, financing and asset management services, visitors to the stand will also be able to see the company’s latest products for solar installers.
